Save the Extract

1. From the Extractor toolbar, select the Save icon.
2. If this is a new Extract, you will be prompted to enter a name for your Extract, a short description and a detailed description of your extract followed by OK.
3. To overwrite an existing Extract, highlight the Extract you wish to overwrite and select Yes. Press OK to save your Extract.
4. To save an existing Extract under a new name, from the File menu, select Save As and enter a new name.
